Ingredients:
1 pork tenderloin 1 red onion sliced 1/4 cup Pristine Gourmet Garlic & Herbs Cooking Wine 2 tbsp of your favourite mustard salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a medium sized non-stick pan, heat Garlic & Herbs Cooking Wine over high heat. Add pork, onions, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until all of the Garlic & Herbs Cooking Wine has evaporated and the pork begins to brown. Add the mustard and an extra drop of Garlic & Herbs Cooking Wine if desired. Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
