The ultimate goal at Pristine Gourmet is to provide our customers with the highest quality Canadian gourmet food products. We are open for business on the Internet 24 hours per day, seven days per week. In the course of doing business, we adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Payment

Pristine Gourmet accepts MasterCard and Visa credit cards for all purchases. We ship to all areas in Canada and the US providing that there is sufficient courier service.

Pricing

Prices listed on the Pristine Gourmet web site are current as long as they are displayed and are subject to change at our discretion.

Product Availability

While we at Pristine Gourmet take every effort at keeping our inventory up to date it is a possibility that shortages may occur that are beyond our control. In that event, back orders will be placed in the order that they are received.

System Availability

Pristine Gourmet makes every effort to maintain 100% system availability. In cases where we do experience technical difficulties, we are not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.

Discounts & Coupons

Pristine Gourmet does not allow its customers to combine multiple offers on one order or apply current promotions or coupons to previously placed orders.
