Grilled Salmon with Flavour Infused Vinegar Sauce |

Ingredients:

Salmon 2 X 8oz Salmon fillets ¼ cup of Pristine Gourmet Maple infused wine vinegar ¼ cup of pure Maple Syrup 2 tbsp dark soya sauce 2 tbsp Pristine Gourmet extra virgin canola or soybean oil 1 tbsp freshly grated Ginger 2 tsp freshly ground pepper 2 tbsp Pristine Gourmet extra virgin canola or soybean oil for fry pan

Sauce ¼ cup of Pristine Gourmet Maple infused wine vinegar ½ cup plain yogurt 1 tbsp Dijon grainy mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp Pristine Gourmet Extra Virgin canola oil |
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 425° Put all ingredients for salmon into a zip lock bag then add salmon and let marinade flesh side down at room temp. for 30 min.. Meanwhile stir all ingredients for sauce & set aside Turn stove burner to med. High & pre-heat oven proof frying pan Remove salmon from marinade Add Pristine Gourmet extra virgin oil to pre-heated pan Add salmon to pan flesh side down Cook for 2-3 min. without flipping & remove from burner Place fry pan in pre-heated oven (still with salmon flesh side down) Bake for 7-10 min. (depending on thickness of salmon) Remove salmon to platter placing flesh side up (flesh is now nicely browned) Drizzle sauce over salmon & serve
