Shipping/Return Policy

Shipping

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Waterford, Ontario Canada using either UPS, Purolator, FedEx or independent courier service. Typical time frames for shipping are 7 business days ( in Canada ) or 10 business days ( US ). Pristine Gourmet is not responsible for any delays with shipments to the US. All shipments are sent standard ground unless requested otherwise by the customer in which additional charges may apply.

Return Policy

Any item(s) that you deem unsatisfactory will receive a store credit upon your request, as long as you let us know the details of the problem within 5 business days of having received your order. We will not make you return the goods to us to claim the store credit. This is a very liberal return policy and we reserve the right to become stricter if we feel our trust is being taking advantage of.
