Ingredients:
2 tbsp Pristine Gourmet EV Canola or Soybean Oil 2 cups of mixed vegetables 1/2 cup of Pristine Gourmet Cooking Wine your choice 2 tbsp Pristine Gourmet soya sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp Pristine Gourmet Cooking Wine your choice 1 tsp crushed ginger
Directions:
In a large wok or non-stick frying pan, heat oil over high heat Add veggies to the hot pan and saute until vegetables are tender Add Liquid Seasoning and stir well. Add ginger, soya sauce and brown sugar In a small bowl mix 1 tbsp of Cooking Wine and cornstarch together Add this mixture to the stir-fry and stir constantly until the mixture is well coated and thickened Serve over cooked rice
