Marinated Asparagus | Print |


Ingredients:

1 lb. asparagus (or green beans as substitute)
1/2 cup Pristine Gourmet extra virgin canola or soybean oil
1/4 cup of Pristine Gourmet infused wine vinegar - your choice
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. dried basil

Directions:

Steam asparagus (or beans) until just tender-crisp.  Cool in ice water and pat dry. Make the marinade by combining oil and remaining ingredients in a jar and shaking well.  Place cooled asparagus in a shallow dish and pour marinade over it.  Refrigerate for one hour, turning occasionally.
