Our preservative free, flavour infused wine vinegars are terrific as a drizzle over salad, roasted potatoes, poultry, meat or fish.

Ingredients:

2 parts Pristine Gourmet infused wine vinegar (choose from either flavours)
1 part Pristine Gourmet extra virgin soybean oil or canola oil
Sea salt & fresh ground pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix and adjust quantities to taste

Option : add 1 tablespoon of your favorite mustard & or dried herbs
