50+ years. Four generations. One purpose.

What began over a century ago with Jason Persall’s great-grandfather working the land has grown into a legacy of innovation, craftsmanship, and care for the soil. Each generation has carried that spirit forward, from breeding prized livestock to expanding crops and exploring new ways to add value to the family farm.

In the late 1990s, Jason and his wife Linda built on that legacy by establishing Pristine Gourmet, inspired by the idea of turning their homegrown crops into premium cold-pressed oils.

Today, Pristine Gourmet produces 100% pure Canadian, high oleic, cold pressed expeller oil, a reflection of our commitment to quality, sustainability, and local agriculture.
